Deeleside House Care Centre is located in a country setting only three miles from Lifford town. The home boasts spacious gardens which residents can use for walks and outdoor activities. The home contains two spacious and comfortable T.V. lounges and separate facilities for dining. Residents are accomodated in private or semi private rooms, subject to availability with T.V. outlets, wash hand basins and wardrobes.
Meals are prepared from local produce, special diets and requirements can be catered for. Residents can have breakfast and other meals served either in their own room or in the spacious dining room. Drinks and other snacks are served throughout the day.
Deeleside House is owned by Mrs. V.P. Ayton, S.R.N, S.C.M. and is currently under new management. Twenty four hour professional care is provided by registered nurses and staff in a homely atmosphere. Staff are always on hand to assist with hobbies and a great emphasis is placed on making the home feel like a real home from home.
Visiting hours are open and relatives and friends can call anytime. Private transport is provided by the home to take residents shopping and on outings. Other visiting services include a hairdresser, chiropodist and clergymen of all denominations visit the home regularly. A doctor is also on call at all times throughout the day.
